1. Returns

  • You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • To be eligible, the item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.
  • Certain items such as innerwear, accessories, or customized products are not eligible for return due to hygiene and personalization reasons.

2. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.
  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

3. Exchanges

  • You can request an exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.

4. Damaged or Wrong Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.


5. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order.
  • Once your order has been processed or shipped, cancellations are not possible.
